Our Story
15+ Years of Transforming Young Lives
Legacy Martial Arts was founded in Fort Wayne, Indiana with a single mission: unlock the full potential of every student through the transformative power of martial arts. Led by Chief Master Ron Kuhn, our school has grown into one of the region's most respected martial arts programs — recognized with the Go2Karate Distinction Award for exceptional community enrichment.
Over the years, parents and teachers kept asking the same question: how do we bring these life skills into the school day? Super Kids was our answer. We took the same curriculum that builds discipline, focus, and confidence on the mat and adapted it for classrooms, gymnasiums, and after-school programs across the region.
Today, Super Kids partners with elementary schools, preschools, private schools, and daycares throughout the Fort Wayne area — delivering structured, age-appropriate martial arts enrichment that teachers and administrators trust.

Ron Kuhn - 8th Degree Black Belt
Founder & Chief Instructor, Legacy Martial Arts
With decades of martial arts experience and a passion for community impact, Master Instructor Ron Kuhn built Legacy Martial Arts from the ground up. His philosophy goes far beyond kicks and punches — he believes martial arts training instills the life skills that shape confident, resilient, and respectful young people.
Ron personally oversees the Super Kids curriculum, ensuring every program delivered to partner schools meets the same high standards that have made Legacy Martial Arts a Fort Wayne institution.
